PURCHASING

Is it possible to reserve an item?
Yes, It is possible to set an ICON on hold, please send an email regarding the item that you would like to reserve. We can reserve items for a maximum of 48 hours, if there is no contact after 48 hours we will offer the item to other interested parties.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment bank transfers or with additional banking costs (2,5%) credit card and PayPal.

DELIVERY
In what regions and countries do you deliver?
We offer world wide shipping. FOUND ICONS is based in De Meern (Utrecht) in the centre of the Netherlands.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are calculated by distance, size and weight of the item in question. Please contact us to get a reliable, non-profit quote prior to shipping.

PICK UP
Is it possible to pick up my item from the warehouse?
Yes, pick up is always a possibility and is free of charge. Once you’ve purchased your item we can set an appointment for you to pick up your item at our Utrecht warehouse within 14 days of purchase. If you need additional time a storage fee will be applicable.

RETURNS
Is it possible to return an item?
Yes it is. Please review the returns policy in on our Terms & Conditions page.

SELLING/BUYING
Would FOUND ICONS be interested in buying my vintage furniture?
We are always in seach of new ICONS, please send your photo's, details and asking price to info@foundicons.nl 

RENTING
I would like to rent an ICON for a photoshoot, would that be possible?
Yes it is! Contact us for the conditions.
